Attorney Gordon began practicing criminal defense in January of 2006.  Some notable case results from his first three years of defending the accused include a Dismissal of a Worcester Superior Court Heroin Trafficking case; a Not Guilty on a Framingham District Court OUI Jury Trial; a Not Guilty on a Worcester District Court Assault and Battery Jury Trial; a Dismissal of a Milford District Court Rape; a Not Guilt on a Hampshire District Court OUI Bench Trial; along with many other excellent results for his clients.

*This Client had three separate cases each charging her with Lareny from a Person 65 or Older - each a felony charge.  On February 28, 2011 I scheduled the first of the three for a Jury trial and on that day, the Prosecutor agreed with me that the evidence against my client was so scant that the cases should not be prosecuted.  By agreement, each case was placed on file without a change of plea which means the cases will be Dismissed one year from now and my client's presumption of innocence will forever remain intact.
