Attorney Gordon graduated from the University of Villanova School of Law. While in Law School, Attorney Gordon enrolled in every Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure class that the School offered. He also took every possible Litigation and Trial Practice class. Upon graduation, Attorney Gordon was awarded the Center for Forensic Economic Studies Award for Demonstrated Excellence in Litigation. The criteria for this award was exceptional performance in moot court and mock trial exercises. Based on the way he navigated the courtroom as a student, his professors (many of whom were practicing attorneys and judges) chose Attorney Gordon to receive the award.
Attorney Gordon's first Job out of Law School was as Assistant District Attorney for the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office. For two years, Attorney Gordon prosecuted criminal cases in all five of the county's district courts and was appointed to the District Attorney's Motor Vehicle Homicide Team.
After moving on from the District Attorney's Office, Attorney Gordon accepted an offer to handle the Criminal Defense caseload of a small firm in Framingham. A year and half later, he left the firm to start his own law practice based in Mansfield. Since then, Attorney Gordon has defended clients accused of myriad crimes in over thirty of the Commonwealth's District and Superior Courts.
